In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting operational planning, coordinating deployments, and assisting with business functions. Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and support operational planning efforts across various business functions.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance business operations.
• Analyze operational processes to determine project requirements and define scopes.
• Prepare detailed reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained and enforced within the organization.
• Contribute to team objectives by delivering results aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with deployment operations and product leads to streamline workflows.
• Document and communicate findings to drive improvements in operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of its functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related role, preferably in operations or business analysis.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage workflows effectively.
• Experience in preparing and summarizing detailed reports.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and operational planning.
