As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll join an organization that prioritizes your growth and impact by reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what matters most — delivering high-quality clinical care. Our service model may vary by location, but across all sites, you’ll be supported by a team structure that promotes collaboration, development, and strong clinical outcomes. Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District Work on IEP goals approved by the district Support Behavior Therapists with managing behaviors In the Friday & Summer Programs : Design, implement, and oversee data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data Prepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistency Across Both Settings : Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA Lead bimonthly team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth Maintain 30 billable hours per week What You Bring Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Current BCBA certification Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms) TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance CANS certification is preferred CPI or MANDT training certification is preferred Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Accel Therapies Our BCBAs are supported, not stretched thin. Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) Location :
- Nampa School District Total Earnings Potential : $91,000 – $106,000 in your first year Includes : Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (paid monthly) Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 Schedule : M-Th 8am-4 : 30pm (School days); F 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm (Friday Program run by Accel at one of the schools)
- Accel also hosts a Summer Program at one of the schools when school is out for summer break.
