Bar Manager Requirements And Qualifications

• 3 years of high-volume bar management experience
• Knowledge of scratch craft cocktail programs, garnish programs, Juicing programs, whiskey, and Sake knowledge
• Experience in Ordering and inventory of all bar products
• Has managed a team of 10 or more bartenders
• Fine dining, nightlife experience
• Open availability
