Overview
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and / or manages the planning, development, and implementation of training programs on products and / or services.
- Works with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program development needs.
- Obtains technical data and schedules programs.
- Manages a group of trainers to develop and present programs to employees and customers.
- The incumbent is responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff.
- Participates in planning and policy development issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional experienceU.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining / holding a U.S. security clearanceActive Secret Clearance5 years of experience with managing training and qualification programs5 years\' experience in the operation, maintenance, and / or repair of complex Navy systems.EEO Statement
