Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious Relationship Managers / RMs to join our team and help us grow our builder network. This role is in-house / remote, entrepreneurial, and commission-driven. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with engineers, architects, builders, homeowner associations, and other decision-makers to identify upcoming projects where steel can be offered as a cost-saving alternative to lumber.
This is not a transactional sales roleits about relationship building, networking, and solution selling. Success means establishing a strong pipeline and closing multi-million-dollar projects that drive growth for both you and NexGen Steel.

Compensation & Earnings Potential
$2M annual sales = $100,000 / year
Note : The base salary is designed to support you while you build your pipeline. Most RMs transition to 100% commission within ~6 months, once their earnings exceed the base. At that point, your income potential grows significantly.
