A company is looking for a Resident Accounts Manager who will oversee financial operations and resident support for a portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and post rent timely and execute collections strategies to manage delinquency
Monitor bad debt and manage communication with residents regarding collections
Handle customer care issues, respond to online reviews, and participate in meetings with management
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeper role in property management
Proficient in Entrata and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in collecting delinquent rent and managing post move-out charges
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and ability to create urgency in rent collections
