Program Manager-SME

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret or Top Secret Cleared Program Manager-SME to provide the government customer with actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and processes to eliminate waste, to standardize best practices and reduce cycle times / cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC / CG directorate. This is a hybrid / remote role based out of Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities for Program Manager :

  • Provide leadership and direction to the contractor team to ensure timely completion of taskers, responses to information requests, data call generation, document reviews, and acquisition reporting.
  • Oversee and review tasker responses to verify programmatic and technical accuracy.
  • Manage and direct research and analysis efforts to ensure results are thorough, reports are comprehensive, and reviews are conducted in alignment with the analysis milestone plan.
  • Coordinate and ensure execution of all SSC / CG senior staff visits in accordance with established workflows, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications for Program Manager :

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent business-related discipline and 10 or more years of experience.
  • Must have at minimum an active DoD Secret Clearance, Top Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a professional bearing in all meetings, briefings and discussions with senior staff.
  • Has an understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems.

    • Desired Skills :

  • Master's degree in business management, technical management, and / or engineering.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMI PMP).
  • 8 years' experience managing aerospace programs for DoD customers.
  • Technical and analytic understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems.

    • Compensation for Program Manager :

  • Pay Range : $140,000 - $180,000 (based on years of experience and education)
  • Benefits : Cigna medical, dental, vision, 401k, 2+ weeks PTO and 11 Federal Holidays
