A company is looking for a Project Support to enhance contract management and streamline processes in the Program Management Services Division.
Key Responsibilities
Perform analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently
Act as a liaison between customers, contractors, and service centers to improve communication
Collect, manage, and report all project-related documentation, including contracts and budgets
Required Qualifications
3 years of related experience in a customer service or technical setting
Associates or Bachelor's degree may be considered with lesser experience
Knowledge of policies and procedures related to service processes
Experience with SAP WMS Management System is preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to process data and multi-task
