Candy Shack Daiquiris To Go in Arlington, TX is looking for one general manager to join our team. We are located on 6401 S Cooper St Suite 101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. We offer a flexible schedule, a small customer service staff that loves the fun working environment that Candy Shack Daiquiris To Go offers!
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Do weekly schedules for yourself and team
- Availability 12p-12a (You'll create the schedule weekly)
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
No more 50 hour weeks! Our managers work between 35-38 hours per week with no early mornings or really late nights! Say goodbye to 2am closes and 7am opens!
