Key Responsibilities :
\n \n
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to premature and critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting.\nMonitor and assess neonatal patients’ conditions, implementing appropriate care plans.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\nUtilize advanced neonatal life support techniques and equipment with precision.\nDocument patient care activities accurately and efficiently.\nEducate and support families through their neonatal journey.\n\n
What You Bring : \n \n
Proven experience in Level III NICU nursing, demonstrating strong clinical skills in neonatal care.\nAbility to quickly adapt to changing patient needs and respond effectively to emergencies.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members.\nStrong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.\nCompassionate bedside manner, with a genuine dedication to neonatal health and family support.\n\n
Preferred Education & Experience :
\n \n
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.\nA minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience, particularly in Level III units.\nPrior experience with neonatal life support and advanced respiratory care.\n\n
Certifications & Licenses :
\n \n
Valid RN License in the State of California (or applicable state).\nPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required .\nNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required .\nBasic Life Support (BLS) – Required .\n\n\n
Benefits & Compensation :
