Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : Oversee the daily operations of the beverage station, providing guidance and support to fellow baristas while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Beverage Mastery : Create and perfect a range of health-focused juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency in every serving.
• Training and Development : Train new baristas on brewing techniques, customer service skills, and health-focused product knowledge to elevate the overall experience.
