Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that loves being in the field, leading teams, and embraces our company goals of Safety, Customer Service and Quality. We are a stable, fun-loving, high-quality re-roof company with a strong commitment to growth.

General Responsibilities :

  • Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality - including occasional hands-on repairs and training
  • Managing multiple projects and work crews simultaneously
  • Frequent customer communication including communicating updates and handling issues that arise
  • Daily documentation of project progress

Essential Duties and Requirements :

  • Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access
  • Standing, walking, sitting, or kneeling on sloped surfaces for extended periods of time
  • Superior knowledge of composition roofing installation
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a steep slope roofing foreman, superintendent, or other industry involvement
  • Provide assistance and training to crews
  • Some hands-on training / correction of work
  • Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
  • Provide great customer service to home and building owners
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
