  • We are seeking a motivated, punctual, and outgoing Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for customer focused, compassionate, and dedicated to facilitating solutions to patients dental health needs. The Orthodontic Dental Assistant will work in a growing practice with a great team that makes coming to work engaging and supportive. In working with new & existing team members with an open heart & mind; additional responsibilities including the below :

    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    • Continuously engage and work with patients seeking advanced cosmetic dentistry
    • Prepare treatment rooms, open bay chairs, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
    • Ensure exceptional patient experience and office efficiency.
    • Follow the Orthodontists instructions and adhere to the Orthodontists directives.
    • Make care calls to all patients, answer initial questions, set and manage expectations for the first visit
    • Proactively receive patients on their first visit and ensure smooth patient flow throughout the visit
    • Assist Orthodontists and Treatment Coordinator in explaining patient's treatment plans as needed
    • Ensure effective communication with Associate Doctors and Teams.
    • Ability to operate X-Ray equipment safely and effectively.
    • Utilize advanced technologies such as 3D scanners for treatment planning and patient education
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related as assigned
    • Part-time to start, with opportunity to lead to Full Time position with full benefits.
