A company is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to provide technical support and customer service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Manage and resolve issues in Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Admin Center, and Intune environments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years as Helpdesk Admin / Desktop Support with Microsoft 365 / Office Suite support experience
2+ years of Azure Administration experience
2 years of Exchange Admin Center experience
1+ year of professional experience with Intune
Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting is a plus
