Salary : $25-$30 per hour

Were looking for someone experienced, reliable, and self-motivated to help care for our primaryhome and farm. This is a physically active role that includes daily upkeep, animal care support,garden and landscape tasks, errands, and light maintenance. We need someone who takes thework seriously, understands the importance of caring for animals and property with respect, anddoesnt need to be told what to do every step of the way. A kind attitude, good communication,

and strong work ethic are essentialthis is our home, and our animals are family.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Daily livestock feeding and chores
  • Maintain and manage animal feed and supply inventory
  • Support gardening, landscaping, and seasonal outdoor work
  • Running local errands (feed, hardware, etc.)
  • Manage all property trash needs including bin days, dump runs, and general cleanup
  • Light handyman tasks and home projects support
  • Keeping barns, outbuildings, and exterior areas neat and functional
  • Monitoring property for issues (e.g. broken fencing, gates, etc.)

Required Traits & Skills :

  • Reliable, respectful, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable working unsupervised and taking initiative
  • Patient and emotionally steady, with the ability to interact kindly and calmly withindividuals who have dementia or mental illness; must be able to de-escalate tensemoments and maintain a respectful, non-reactive presence
  • Problem-solver who can assess situations and handle tasks without needing constantinput
  • Fluent in English with clear communication
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds regularly
  • High energy and strong attention to detail

    • Schedule :

  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekends as needed

    • Ability to Commute :

  • Lewisburg, TN 37091 (Preferred)

    • Ability to Relocate :

  • Lewisburg, TN 37091 : Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    • Willingness to travel :
