As a Marketing Business Operations Contractor, you'll play a critical role in enabling marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively. You'll work across regions and functions to drive operational rigor, enhance program execution, and ensure that marketing investments are managed with precision. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create clarity in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Management

• Track and manage budget commitments in line with financial planning frameworks.
• Coordinate submission and approval of investment cases across global marketing teams.
• Identify and reallocate underspend to priority initiatives.
• Manage budget reallocations and forecasting processes using tools like UpTempo.
• Partner with leadership to drive the annual marketing budget submission process.
