Core Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk role :

The Accounting Clerk will manage customer and vendor profiles, invoicing, and payment processing

Oversee accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely revenue intake and resolution of discrepancies

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

The Accounting Clerk will generate financial reports and assist operations with data entry and reporting tasks

Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as directed by management

Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk role :

High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred

At least 3 years of accounting experience

Experience in both accounts payable and receivable

QuickBooks experience is a strong plus
