Role Summary / Purpose :
The VP, Measurement Integration leader is responsible for shaping and implementing Growth strategic initiatives with specific focus on incorporating return on marketing investment into campaign process operating rhythms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional Growth functions and stakeholders to develop approaches for large scale and incremental process improvements, obtain senior leader buy-in to strategies, and lead change implementation. Success outcomes will be measured by adoption of data-led marketing investment strategies and introducing new process capabilities.

Essential Responsibilities :
Change Management Champion : Act as a change champion and influencer in collaboration with Analytics to drive SYF NextGen growth across platforms, integrating Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) into marketing campaign rhythms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influencing : Foster alignment and collaboration between Performance Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Platform Marketing and other key stakeholders on growth strategies and action plans, ensuring seamless execution. Influence decisions and outcomes to drive increased adoption of measurement into campaign planning and prioritization. Partner with analytics and platform marketing teams to align business requirements on measurement capabilities.
Strategic Project Management : Lead key strategic projects for Performance Marketing, partnering with functional leadership to define measurement process and tool requirements and integration for targeted business initiatives, such as Growth Engine Metrics or Small Medium Business.
Initiative Ideation & Design : Develop unique solutions to address initiative requirements while meeting measurement goals.
Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma / GED and 10+ years of Marketing or Marketing Analytics experience in a corporate environment
5+ years of strategic planning, process improvement, marketing, or operational planning experience
5+ years of experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
7+ years in financial services or other highly regulated industry such as insurance
Marketing experience direct and digital marketing
Experience with financial services marketing data analytics or finance
Desired Characteristics :
MBA or Graduate Degree
Campaign and data analytics process knowledge in consumer financial services with exposure to a credit card or retail environment.
Demonstrated critical thinking, influencing and problem solving with a diverse set of stakeholders across finance, analytics, marketing and legal.
Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics, and address implementation obstacles
Strong experience in process improvement and project management with successful experience influencing and leading cross functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
Experience collaborating with clients on strategy and tactics for mutually beneficial outcomes
Excellent team skills and proven ability to work cross functionally as well as within own function.
Proven experience executing plans and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
Grade / Level : 13
The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements :
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
