About the Role :

We are seeking a talented Job Captain to join our diverse and creative team. As a Job Captain you will be responsible for collaborating with staff, consultants, and clients to develop innovative and functional designs for a variety of building types.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project concepts, design drawings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Work with the team to understand the project requirements and goals.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems, and construction methods.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents.
• Participate in design meetings, construction site visits, and project reviews to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
• Review and analyze building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
