Lead Director, Marketing Analytics & Business Insights, Rinvoq Dermatology

As the Lead Director, Marketing Analytics & Business Insights, Rinvoq Dermatology, this individual will play an important role in managing both the on-market asset as well as upcoming new product launches. The primary objectives of this position are to lead and develop the Marketing Insights and Analytics (MABI) function and team to ensure the successful execution of the strategic and tactical plans across all key stakeholders, including patients & physicians. This individual will lead the development of strong and differentiated insights to be clearly communicated to and acted upon by marketing and cross-functional team members. This position supports the on-market Rinvoq Atopic Derm indication (approaching $1B) and the new indication launch of Rinvoq in Vitiligo, Alopecia Areata (AA) and Hidradenitis Suppurative (HS) in 2026 / 2027.
The Lead Director ultimately influences business growth and decisions through fact-based analysis, customer insights and business knowledge. This individual will be an advisor to the Marketing VP, HCP & Consumer Brand Directors, Sales Directors, as well as other members of the Brand Team, MABI Leadership Team and Extended cross functional teams.

Qualifications
Education :
Required : Bachelor's Degree
Preferred : Advanced Degree Preferred (Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or Engineering) with emphasis in marketing / sales / quantitative / qualitative analysis.
Background :
Requires 15+ years of experience in insights (qualitative and quantitative methods) and analytics (analysis of sales and marketing information) and the use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies. With a master's degree, 12+ years of similar experience is required.
Requires 5+ years managing teams.
Strong influence and leadership skills and a proven ability to work closely and effectively with all corporate functions and senior management.
Intimate knowledge of the marketing, sales and financial planning processes, and the ability to develop and use specialized market research and analytic techniques within a business setting.
Strong visualization and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated project management skills are also required.
Significant Work Activities : Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)
Travel : Yes, 15 % of the Time
Accountability / Scope :
Reports to Senior Director, Marketing Analytics and Business Insights
Direct Reports : 2-6 Marketing Analytics & Business Insights individuals
Contractors : Additional contractors as needed
