job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProcess vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner Execute payments via ACH, check, wire transfer, and credit card Set up and maintain vendor profiles Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Process commissions and payments to contractors Support the month-end close process 3-5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred) Strong communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is required

Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000
