Key Responsibilities :

• Empower Lives : Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at every step.
• Effective Communication : Share updates and care results with family members and stakeholders to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with clients and their families to identify personalized care solutions that promote independence and enhance quality of life.
• Create Safe Spaces : Maintain a healthy and safe living environment, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all individuals in your care.
• Follow Treatment Plans : Implement and adhere to established treatment plans to provide the best possible support tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Transportation Support : Assist clients in getting to appointments and other locations (e.g., hospitals, doctor’s offices) using agency vehicles.
• Confidentiality Matters : Uphold confidentiality and respect for all individuals and families, fostering trust in the care provided.

Requirements :

Rate of Pay : $17.50 hourly
