Overview
Skyline Wealth Strategies is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst & BI Administrator to help drive smarter decision-making and seamless data flow across the firm. This role blends technical expertise with strategic insight — ideal for someone who thrives on improving systems, connecting information between teams, and turning data into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance Zoho CRM, ensuring data integrity, workflow efficiency, and user adoption across departments.
- Build and optimize CRM automations and workflows, including programming in Deluge (preferred).
- Assist with KPI mapping and tracking to ensure accurate business performance insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports; write and manage SQL queries to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Oversee data hygiene, synchronization, and system integrations between front-office and back-office platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and smarter system design.
- Communicate progress and findings confidently in meetings — presenting insights clearly to leadership and client-facing teams.
- Take initiative to identify challenges, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively seek solutions or support when needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in systems administration, business intelligence, or CRM management (Zoho CRM strongly preferred).Experience with Deluge scripting, SQL, and Power BI (or comparable BI tools).Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and system optimization.Excellent communicator — comfortable presenting ideas and updates in meetings and collaborating cross-functionally.Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful; takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion.Experience with workflow automation, data visualization, or cross-system integration a plus.What We're Looking For
