About the Role : As an Executive Housekeeper you will mentor our ambitious team ensuring outstanding guest service and cleanliness. You will be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations and ensuring the housekeeping team meets business needs and delivers outstanding service and performance.

Responsibilities : The Executive Housekeeper serves as the head of the Housekeeping Department and reports directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the housekeeping and laundry operation, ensuring that brand standards and property objectives are consistently achieved and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in partnership with a contracted housekeeping company, driving collaboration and accountability to maintain seamless operations. With the hotel's housekeeping scores already performing at an exceptional level, the Housekeeping Manager will play a critical role in pushing performance even higher by fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and guest-first service.

Key responsibilities include oversight of room and public space cleanliness, conducting regular inspections, training and coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with all brand time, product, and placement standards. Strong administrative and leadership skills are required, including ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and performance management.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic oversight with active participation in daily operations, ensuring the delivery of impeccable guest experiences.

Requirements :

  • Prior 3+ years' experience in a brand or luxury brand hotel
  • Prior work experience is required and Bi-lingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
