A company is looking for a Title Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process, managing workflow from searchers and contractors

Review and validate the accuracy of data in mortgage loan files, ensuring file completeness and obtaining outstanding title documents

Facilitate customer requests and manage inventory reports while maintaining client / attorney-closing relationships

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in escrow / title or curative lender role

Proficient in MS Office applications

Working knowledge of company and / or client operating systems

Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
