Senior Cook (Full Time) at Compass One Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full time SENIOR COOK positions at CHRISTUS Mother Frances, Winnsboro, TX. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated / frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist the Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross-training of employees and perform other duties as assigned.

Location : CHRISTUS Mother Frances - 719 West Coke Road, Winnsboro, TX 75494. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full-time; Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details provided at interview.

Pay

Pay Range : $17.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.
