Education / Certification Requirements :

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in education / training, administration, management, social work, human services, or a human service-related field

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of two years' experience in human service field (social work, psychology, sociology, human development, mental health, criminal justice, education, etc.)

Skills / Qualifications Including but Not Limited To :

Excellent writing and computer skills

Excellent listening and verbal communication (including de-escalation and redirection in times of conflict)

Teamwork

Demonstrates understanding and empathy for others

Current and valid Driver's License with no more than 3 points assessed

Current auto insurance that meets the minimum automobile liability and medical coverage required by Nebraska law

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products, Internet, Outlook, and portal

Conflict Resolution

Mental Health

Interviewing Skills

Interpersonal Skills including Building Relationships / Rapport

Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

Able to keep client records current
