DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will carry out maintenance and repair tasks related to the construction, alteration, repair, and restoration of buildings, including floors, roofs, stairways, windows, and doors. Duties involve preparing and painting buildings; installing and repairing sinks, faucets, water heaters, and drains; as well as installing and replacing electrical circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Additional tasks include snow removal and performing concrete or masonry repairs. All work will be conducted following DMVA general safety guidelines and procedures.
