Lead Superintendent
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site staff effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review project plans and drawings to identify potential challenges and solutions. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and change orders. Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals and address any issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction.

A successful Lead Superintendent should have : Experience with Ground Up Multifamily $20M+ Must be experienced in running entire project from start to finish Experience with Procore Extensive experience managing construction projects within the business services industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Familiarity with project management software and tools. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
