Key Responsibilities
Develop and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals while building an annual sales plan
Strategically partner with various functional teams and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience leading successful sales teams
At least 8 years of direct sales experience
Experience with complex sales cycles lasting 2-6 months
Proven track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals
Expertise in MEDDPICC and experience with ROI and cost modeling
