As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Observe and report any irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur on site.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members, site personnel, and / or local authorities as needed.

Remain alert to environmental conditions and potential hazards while performing patrol duties in the manufacturing and industrial location.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
