Create lasting partnerships that strengthen Onset DNAs reputation and market presence. Earn commission on every client contract you secure. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers and milestone bonuses. Track and report progress through CRM and performance tools. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or marketing (healthcare or legal industry preferred). Proven ability to build relationships and close sales in a service-based environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and driving your own income. Familiarity with healthcare, legal, or laboratory services is a plus. Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential . Includes performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses for top performers. Position Overview
TheBusiness Development Representativeplays a key role in expanding Onset DNAs footprint by cultivating new partnerships with attorneys, healthcare providers, social service organizations, and local agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for amotivated self-starterwho thrives on independence, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for making a positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition
- Identify, contact, and establish relationships with new clients and referral partners (family law firms, OBGYN offices, immigration attorneys, and community organizations).
- Promote Onset DNAs services through networking, outreach events, and professional presentations.
