Senior UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Define and measure UX metrics and success indicators across multiple digital experiences

Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from problem framing to data synthesis and stakeholder communication

Conduct quantitative and qualitative studies to uncover insights that guide design and product direction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of applied UX research experience, ideally within eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer digital product settings

Hands-on experience with research and analytics tools such as SPSS, SQL, and visualization tools like PowerPoint and Figma

Strong experience in quantitative research, survey design, and statistical analysis

A portfolio showcasing prior UX research work and its impact on product outcomes
