Key contact with customers for quality, service, and delivery issues and ensures the entire job focus to be timely, effective, and responsive to the customerServe as a representative during audits by customersSupport the customer by providing technical assistance through information sharing, research, and special projectsResponsible for writing, reviewing, and revising Product Specifications, Delivery Specifications, and other customer and / or product specific specifications and ensure these are upheld to the customer's expectationsWork with Applications and Development to review documentation to ensure new product lines meet CSP Quality System and customer requirementsResponsible for writing Run Time Plans, test protocols, and summary reports for existing and developmental products related to existing and potential customersResponsible for writing new procedures, reviewing, and revising for new and current processesEvaluate data from Production and research / experiments and put into presentable format for internal and external useLead and coordinate special projects to support and promote quality and productivity at CSPSupport Quality Engineering through training and coaching / mentoring of procedures, deviations, and continuous improvement / DMAIC projectsDirect and assist internal activities as a management representative when necessaryResponsible for quality technicians and driving internal metrics within Quality Engineering DepartmentAscribes to and supports Aptar Vision, Core Values, and Rules of LeadershipWHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY
Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringMinimum of (5) year of Quality Engineering experience with minimum of (2) year supervisory / management experienceSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltProficiency in use of statistical, analytical toolsProficiency in use of FMEAs, Control Plans, and Risk AssessmentsProficiency in use of RCAs and DOEsCertified Internal AuditorWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, required and ISO 13485, preferredFacilitation and listening skills are a mustAbility to work effectively across all organizational levelsAbility to influence management on courses of action with minimal assistance through written and verbal communicationWHAT WE OFFER :
