Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project continuity and success. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation. Lead and motivate project teams to meet deliverables efficiently and effectively. Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
