We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Paralegal to join our high-performing legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to take their career to the next level within the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in trial preparation and construction law. In this role, you will be required to provide comprehensive legal support to our attorneys, assist in preparing for trials, and manage complex construction law cases. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

1. Provide extensive support to attorneys in trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

4. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information and documents are easily accessible.

5. Coordinate and manage timelines for various legal processes.

Job Details

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

2. Paralegal certification is strongly preferred.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on trial preparation and construction law.

4. Proficient in legal research and able to analyze complex legal documents.

5. Strong knowledge of legal terminologies, principles, and procedures.
