Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and manage project budgets ensuring cost control to adhere to budget
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners to secure all necessary approvals prior to initiating construction.
• Identify and assign required resources, materials, and equipment to meet project demands
• Create and maintain a detailed schedule for assigned projects.
• Proactively manage key milestones, action items, long lead purchases, and external / internal coordination to ensure timely execution.
• Secure necessary permits and enforce compliance with all safety and building code throughout the project
• Lead weekly planning and working sessions with stakeholders to assess project progress, surface critical issues, define deliverables and timelines, and delegate ownership of tasks.
• Deliver regular status updates to executive teams that highlight potential risks and present actionable solutions.
