Sales Team Lead
Location : Hampton Roads - Virginia Beach, VA

As we continue our growth, we have a rewarding opportunity for a Sales Team Lead supporting clients throughout the Hampton Roads area. This role is responsible for driving revenue while leading a team of sales professionals toward shared success. You will be both a player and a coach—selling directly to customers and guiding your team to exceed expectations.
Primary responsibilities :
- Prospect new business and support your team in doing the same
- Lead and develop a team of up to 4 sales professionals to exceed sales goals
- Execute a growth-focused field sales plan by regularly visiting customers’ locations throughout the Hampton Roads market
- Build long-term relationships by providing thoughtful, tailored technology solutions
- Provide hands-on coaching and foster a collaborative, accountable culture
- Maintain awareness of competitive market to effectively position Novatech’s value
- Develop proposals, pricing quotes, and sales presentations
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and activity accurately
- Support team training and provide support to colleagues
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and growth objectives
What You Bring :
Minimum of three (3) years of (B2B) outside sales experience and at least two (2) years of team leadership experienceA passion for developing others and building inclusive, results-driven teamsStrong business acumen and ability to drive strategy and executionA consultative, relationship-based sales approachBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experienceResidence in or near Hampton RoadsBusiness Technology Solutions industry experience is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedInExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong work ethic, self-direction, and the ability to succeed in a results-oriented environmentWhat Novatech Offers :
