• Evenings : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (5x8s) | 4 RN openings\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role is ideal for nurses with a strong psychiatric background who are committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and structured environment.\n\nResponsibilities Include : \n
• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychiatric assessments, including admission evaluations.\n
• Administer medications and accurately process physician orders.\n
• Monitor vital signs and blood glucose levels as needed.\n
• Perform wound care, change dressings, and conduct pain assessments.\n
• Provide venipuncture services and ensure timely completion of treatments.\n
• Maintain safety and order through milieu management.\n
• Accurately document patient care and obtain clinical information using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.\n
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff and patients.\n
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations, ensuring the safety of patients and staff.\n
• Adhere to all facility and agency policies, standards, and safety protocols.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience required.\n
• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.\n
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) – must be valid at time of submission.\n
• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.\n
• Must be comfortable working independently during the night shift, as third-shift RNs work without on-unit supervision.\n\nAdditional Information : \n
• Orientation : 4 weeks, 1st shift schedule.\n
• Contract : Initial 26-week term, with possible extension based on performance and need.\n
