This renowned organization is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Project Management to join their Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of project managers, engage with high-profile clients, and drive project success across a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met. Cultivate and maintain strong, productive client relationships. Team Leadership : Provide leadership and support to a team of project managers. Conduct performance reviews, offer guidance, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Project Oversight : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement effective project management strategies and best practices to optimize performance and drive successful project outcomes. Resource Management : Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling, to ensure efficient project execution. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success. Client Communication : Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, address any concerns, and manage expectations effectively. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes to improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction. Reporting : Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and other key information to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in facilities management and third party network is highly desirable.
