A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mortgage loan borrowers during the loss mitigation process
Communicate with borrowers regarding their accounts, loss mitigation options, and foreclosure processes
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws while maintaining internal control standards
Required Qualifications
A combined 4 years of higher education and / or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent customer service skills
