Salary : $22 - 26 LADC / $26 - 30 LMHP

The Bridge Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Outpatient Counselor (LADC / LMHP) to help people build strong foundations in recovery through individualized therapy, group sessions, and trauma-informed care.

What You'll Do :

Provide 2426 hours of direct client service each week

Facilitate therapy groups, individual counseling, and family sessions

Conduct substance use evaluations and develop treatment plans

Be a part of a collaborative clinical team that meets clients where they are

Coordinate with community providers, probation, family, and more

Keep timely documentation and help maintain a safe, welcoming space

What You Need to Bring :

LADC / PLADC required

LMHP / PLMHP preferred (supervision available!)

Passion for recovery, resilience, and relationship-building

Experience with substance use treatment and a trauma-informed lens

Ability to work well with diverse populations
