What You'll Be Doing :

Prepare and send accurate invoices based on project contracts and billing schedules

Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances

Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies

Communicate with project managers, accounting, and clients to resolve billing issues

Manage lien waivers, billing compliance documents, and client billing portals

Support month-end closing activities and assist in AR reporting

Maintain detailed and organized AR records in accounting systems

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience (construction or mechanical contracting industry a big plus)

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

Familiarity with construction billing formats (AIA billing, progress billing) preferred

Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
