Summary / objective

To ensure that the warehouse inventory is accurately maintained, orders are pulled, and Inventory is stored properly.

Essential functions

  • Receive and process incoming materials
  • Verify all orders are accurate when receiving from vendor
  • Identify and return materials to vendors
  • Perform warehouse inventory controls, counts, and keep standards high for audits
  • Prepare and pack orders for delivery and pickup according to the schedule
  • Pack, stack, strap, and load vehicles safely
  • Deliver materials to job sites and other company facilities
  • Operate and maintain preventative maintenance on the forklift and vehicles
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Follow all company standards and comply with procedures, rules & regulations
  • Well organized and time management skills
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space

    Work environment : Working in a warehouse with both extreme heat and cold conditions at different times of the year

    Physical demands : Regularly lifting, up to 50 pounds

    Occasionally lifting, up to 75 pounds as a team lift

    Travel required : May require travel between job site locations to make deliveries

    Required education and experience :

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Willing to learn software, database & systems
  • Current Forklift license and experience
  • Warehouse experience, understanding of warehouse management systems
  • Valid Driver License

    • Preferred education and experience :

    Experience using Rollmaster software
