About the Opportunity :

Are you an experienced aircraft mechanic with a passion for safety and precision? We’re looking for a Senior A&P Mechanic to join our life-saving team in McKinney, TX . In this role, you’ll help keep our state-of-the-art helicopter fleet mission-ready for emergency response. If you’re driven by purpose and want to make a real impact in aviation, this is your chance. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000!

What You’ll Do :

  • Inspect and maintain aircraft to ensure airworthiness and safety.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic on maintenance schedules and operational needs.
  • Manage inventory and requisition necessary parts.
  • Document all maintenance activity in the RAMCO system.
  • Oversee parts and equipment calibration.
  • Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring :

  • FAA Mechanic Certificate (Airframe & Powerplant).
  • Minimum 2 years of certified aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background checks.
  • Willingness to travel and work night shifts when needed.
  • For roving roles : experience in sheet metal or avionics repair preferred.
