Director of Operations (Concrete)

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations (Concrete) position include :

• 10+ years’ experience in concrete construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• ACI Certification preferred (must be willing to obtain if not certified); CCM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Lead and manage large-scale industrial concrete projects from 10,000 sq. ft. to 1 million sq. ft., ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, and logistics, while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Travel nationwide up to 50% with all expenses covered, supported by an assistant handling travel arrangements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Implement standard operating procedures to improve productivity, consistency, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across labor, equipment utilization, and operational processes.

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
