Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in project execution, real property management, and land rights acquisition? We are seeking a dedicated Lands & Right-of-Way Supervisor to join our supervisory team, providing vital direction, technical support, and leadership to our Lands and ROW team supporting our Projects in the US.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee a small team, ensuring efficient and effective completion of work while supporting company compliance, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder engagement regarding development and construction of new assets. What You Will Do :

Strategically support the Projects organization to competitively deliver Enbridge’s growth and capital program :

• Develop scope, schedule, and costs of right-of-way activities.
• Develop, implement and oversee strategies to acquire land, compensate landowners, and obtain land related permits.
• Provide third party consultant oversight.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, landowner organizations, and regulators.
• Provide expertise for the settlement of damage claims.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Represent Enbridge at public meetings and hearings.
• Support other Projects SMEs in their work including route analysis and development, development of regulatory applications, project communications, field surveys, etc.
• Communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical staff, project leaders, external consultants, and external stakeholders as required
• Develop, coordinate and ensure compliance and consistent application of all Lands and Right-of-Way practices, guidelines, procedures and policies.

Include but are not limited to : Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to : Ability to : understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
