Job Title

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will consistently deliver a positive experience to all customers by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions. This role focuses on providing knowledge in areas of retail business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take orders, coordinate activities, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage production queues, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 6+ months of specialized experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Essential Functions

  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods.
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
