In this role, you will support, mentor, and motivate a manufacturing team of supervisors and ordnance mechanics to meet operational safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will utilize root-cause analysis and continuous improvement tools to develop solutions and implement systems to meet specific compliance standards in a complex, zero-defect, security-focused manufacturing environment. The successful candidate for this position will be a self-managing, action-oriented individual focused on developing and supporting a high-performing team while delivering business results.

Basic Qualifications : To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications :

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Previous professional experience with scheduling, production, and / or processing requirements related to ordnance operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience within Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and / or Continuous Improvement (CI) events.
• You will need to be a US Citizen (no dual citizens), and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
