M&A Integration Manager

A company is looking for an M&A Integration Manager to oversee the integration of acquired companies and manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the end-to-end deal process as a key member of the Acquisition Integration team

Guide employee experience and Go-To-Market workstreams to develop and deliver integration plans

Facilitate discussions across workstreams to clarify interdependencies and ensure collaboration

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an Integration Management Office within an acquisitive company

5+ years in an advisory or consulting role managing cross-functional teams

Experience in acquisition deal lifecycle and integration planning from a centralized perspective

Ability to establish productive working relationships quickly and influence colleagues

Experience with a rapidly scaling technology / software business is a plus
